   are not going to take any more suburban illiterates.  4 POINT
   list  1 obey laws of business conduct
          2.  realize clearing demands from higher authorities
          3.  recognize that integration in rose colored eyeglasses is wrong
          4.  Breed citizens that are clean

        Really the point of this finding is that America is running into
    competition for talent.  Schools of America have no chance to
    suddenly reenter the market, they lost and gambled on brazil,
       ivory, japan, and now germany.  What is going to happen is
      that they recognize their superior life style is their traditions.
    Stop building decay, metros, cities, pagan sinful lust for slavery.
        Or place 32nd in the 2100 year United nations report.
        Your right to be concerned, it is miraculous that they are now tenth, down from 4th in 1900.</description>

		<description>First of all, you blame the teachers for the downfall of American education when in fact it is the administration and the school districts themselves who plan the curriculum.  The teacher is completely taken out of the discission making.  So please, please, please, learn the facts of the matter before you start pointing fingers at the teachers again.  The No Child Left Behind program of testing is making the situation even worse.  Again, the teachers had nothing to do with making this program and they have nothinig to do with it&#039;s curriculum.  But they are forced to teach children how to take a test.  That&#039;s not education.  That&#039;s not teaching critical thinking.  That&#039;s teaching them to memorize and that isn&#039;t education.
As soon as you raise the amount of money that are paid to teachers, you will attract the best and brightest minds to teaching.  Why can&#039;t you people get that through your heads?  Do the major corporations pay their engineers, scientists, doctors, computer analysts, financial analysts, designers, artists, and other professionals crappy wages like the school districts do?  NO they don&#039;t.  They pay the best because they want to attract the best people.  They also offer them major perks and great health plans etc.  Also, if you look at many public schools today, teachers are always having to study and mentor other teachers to improve their methods and their teaching abilities.    I agree a good liberal education is the best type, but that&#039;s not what our kids are getting today and it isn&#039;t the teacher&#039;s fault and I wish you people would stop blaming the teachers.</description>

I would take out the part where you listed your certification in your education field. It is already listed in a separate field and there isn&#039;t a need to have it on there twice. You also might want to go and look at some sample resumes to see ways that they can be formatted.</description>

		<description>Y&#039;know what, I&#039;d really recommend for you to go back to school. I went through a similar experience in that I was having trouble choosing a career right for me. I couldn&#039;t decide between biology or journalism. I chose biology... and was miserable. I thought there wasn&#039;t a way out, until I checked out the journalism curriculum at my university... and everything fit in! It seems like the grass is greener on the other side quite a bit, it turns out. 

Have you possibly thought of getting a graduate degree? That way, it may be less school time-wise, and you&#039;ll likely end up with a better career because of it since it&#039;s an advanced degree. I think you could still be able to get your master&#039;s in education- then you can be any sort of teacher you wanted! Maybe they even have a degree for ECE... who knows? 

Whatever you do, choose the thing that will make you the happiest, because we&#039;ve only got one life to live.</description>

You will also need to narrow down the population of students you would want to work with in order to get certification in that particular area (i.e. Autism, High Incidence/LD, EBD, MR, Early Childhood Special Ed., Hearing Impaired, Vision Impaired)

Benefits/Health Factors - It&#039;s an extremely rewarding job.  Too see the children grow into something amazing is worth it all.  Granted, you are at higher risk for illness and injury.  Illness would be from a lot more bodily fluids/germs are passed around.  Injury from lifting, positioning, etc. individuals with more significant disabilities.

Typical day at work - I teach early childhood special education...so I go in around 8am and my day finishes around 3:30pm.  Unfortunately, I take a lot of work home, such as writing individualized education plans (IEPs), documentation, and planning.  I have two classes, AM and PM class, which are both inclusive, which means half of the children are without disabilities and half of the children have disabilities.</description>
